Totally worst car buying experience ever. I bought my car Dec 11 2023 and no registration papers and title paperwork has been processed since the date of purchase. It’s is currently Feb 2024 and my car still have expired temp tags, with that I have one more time being stop by the police and then my car would be impounded. This is such a disservice to me because I’m paying for a car I cannot use. I called multiple times for an update and continuously told to wait on-till next Wednesday, next Wednesday. Kayla Hieronymus dealing with the registration process being very condescending and rude to me, Even as far as hanging up the phone on me. The way she treated me was very unprofessional. I have a lot of followers and friends and will not recommend here, unless you want a headache. #ABC7 #FOX5

I had a great experience purchasing my Audi with Will! I found him to be attentive, personable, professional, and considerate. He worked swiftly and patiently to guide me through my car-buying process. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or rushed to move forward. I especially appreciated that he added a few extras. I would recommend him to anyone in the market!

I don't recommend this dealer, they make exaggerated charges that are not disclosed at the time of sale, such as: cost overruns of the car to the value initially shown, insurance, bank commissions, credit studies. I bought a car there on July 10, 2023., then a few days after I called them asking for these exaggerated charges and the solution is to respond very aggressively but they don't give a solution.. At the same week , I took it to a trusted mechanic and he informed me that the car also has damages on the bottom that was not visible to the naked eye, so I contacted the dealer again by phone for letting them know the serious problem that my mechanic discovered. They have never called me back, they have never shown interest in solving the problems, and I have been waiting for more than 20 days in order for the seller Naishley to contact me for a solution, I think they are no longer going to respond. For all these inconveniences and dishonesty, I can advise that this DEALERSHIP IS NOT RECOMMENDED

We went out of our comfort zone to try this Auto business since we only deal directly with the Make. It seemed risky, but their communications up front seemed worth it. In short, they are very professional and transparent. They run a seamless operation, and we drove away with a perfect car. We are thrilled to support a local business like this and more than happy to return. Professionalism and courtesy as well as knowledge and value made our experience more than a trifecta.

I had and great experience with Xhana who is extremely genuine. She was very honest and that’s what you always look for on a sales person. I’m so excited about my new car. Not only she was honest but extremely professional and facilitated everything for me so I can have this car.. So if you any assistance and having plans to buy a car from auto gallery dealership she’s is definitely the person to speak too. I’m very grateful I couldn’t be any happier because I’m driving a Range Rover thanks to her.
